1. Delivery Zones & Rates

UK Mainland

  • Standard Delivery (2–5 working days): £4.95

  • Eco Delivery (up to 7 working days): FREE

  • Express Delivery (next working day if ordered before 1 PM): £14.99

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Standard delivery rates apply plus an additional £4–£8 depending on your postcode. Calculated at checkout.

Republic of Ireland & Europe

  • Standard Europe Delivery (5–10 working days): £10.95

  • Express Europe Delivery (2–5 working days): £14.95
    Please note: Import duties, VAT, or customs charges may apply upon arrival.

Worldwide Shipping

  • Rates typically range between £15–£25 depending on destination

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 working days

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 working day of receiving full payment.
You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your item is shipped.


3. Delivery Partners & Tracking

We partner with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link via email or SMS

  • Regular delivery updates until your item arrives


4. Signature on Delivery

For your peace of mind, Express and some Standard deliveries may require a signature.
If no one is available, the courier will:

  • Leave a calling card

  • Offer redelivery or collection from your local depot


5. Missed Deliveries

Missed a delivery? No problem.
You can:

  • Rearrange delivery online

  • Collect your item from a local depot (ID may be required)

Orders returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts can be:

  • Re-shipped (additional postage charges apply), or

  • Refunded (excluding original shipping fees)


6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package on arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Sign as "Damaged" if possible

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement, repair, or refund.


7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier delays

  • Customs clearance

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and do everything we can to assist.


8. Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or need to return an item? No worries.
Please contact us to request a Return Authorisation (RMA).
Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

Once received and inspected:

  • Refunds (minus delivery costs) will be issued within 7 working days

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

9. Seasonal or Unexpected Delays

During peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), please allow an extra 2–3 working days for dispatch.
We appreciate your patience during busy times or exceptional events (e.g., strikes or adverse weather).
