We currently ship to all areas of the UK. Here are the available delivery methods:
Our standard delivery service is completely free. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
A faster option using Royal Mail First Class. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days.
Need it sooner? Choose our Express Delivery service for priority dispatch and delivery within 1 to 2 working days, subject to availability and order cut-off time.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the following working day.
We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery provider details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you're not available when the delivery is attempted:
The courier will leave a calling card or email with redelivery or collection instructions.
Items not collected within the courier’s timeframe may be returned to us. In such cases, redelivery charges may apply.
If your order arrives late, damaged, or incomplete:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Retain all packaging and documents, and provide photos if applicable.
