1. General

All orders placed with LaptopHub.uk are subject to the following terms and conditions. LaptopHub.uk is operated by G TECHNOLOGY LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16438766). Our registered office is:

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

All product details, descriptions, and prices are clearly displayed at the time of order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is unavailable or mispriced, we will notify you promptly and offer you the option to proceed with a corrected order or cancel. If cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full.

Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product’s compatibility and suitability before purchase.

3. Delivery & Shortages

Orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. If you require delivery to a different address, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We do not accept liability for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as courier issues, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

If your delivery is delayed, damaged, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery charges may apply.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported to [email protected] within 2 working days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted due to courier policies.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch by emailing [email protected]. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returned goods must be in good condition, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. We reserve the right to deduct charges for damage, missing parts, or collection costs from any refund.

5. Returns & Warranty

Most products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Returns must be authorised by us prior to sending goods back.

Items returned after 14 days may incur a restocking fee of up to 30%, provided they are in “as new” condition with original packaging and all included accessories.

Software is non-returnable once opened, except if faulty or misdescribed. Non-faulty returns of software may incur a diagnostic fee.

Please retain proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your returned item. All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

6. Faulty Goods

If your product is faulty upon arrival (within 14 days), please contact us at [email protected] for troubleshooting and next steps. If confirmed faulty, we will arrange for return and replacement or refund.

Faults reported after 14 days are usually covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist with warranty claims where applicable.

Goods returned with no fault found may be subject to a restocking or testing fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business.

8. Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we are not liable for unauthorised access unless caused by our negligence.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Business Customers

Purchases made by businesses, including resellers, corporate clients, and educational institutions, are excluded from consumer return rights. Returns for business customers are only accepted if the goods are faulty, and terms may vary depending on supplier policies.

11. Errors & Omissions

We strive to ensure all information on our site is accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.
